2. How long will my refund take?
   For products that are damaged or faulty upon arrival, we will issue a refund immediately same day. For other returns, we aim to complete the refund process as promptly as possible, typically within 7-10 business days after the returned product is received.

3. Is there a return or exchange policy for products?
   Yes! We offer a return or exchange for products within 14 days of purchase, provided that the item is in its original condition and packaging. If the return is accepted, we will issue a full refund or offer an exchange for a product of equal or lesser value. Please contact us before returning the product to receive further instructions.

4. Can I return my product if I change my mind?
   If you wish to return your product due to a change of mind, we ask that the item be returned in its original condition and packaging. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange as per our standard policy.
